2. Tasks: pro-actively monitoring and repairing customer network failures in all it’s aspects like
working with foreign Telco engineers onsite or remotely, crisis management with the customer,
etc etc. When needed, I acted as deputy duty manager of the 24x7 shift I worked in. The
equipment interfacing the customer networks to our global network existed of various types of
Cisco routers/switches.
In October 2008 my Sr. Manager asked me to travel to Ostrava (CZ) to train 25 24/7 network
engineers. I did this for 3 years and expanded the team to 35 engineers.

Job: 24/7 network engineer with GDNO (Global Data Network Operations)
Tasks: pro-actively monitoring and repairing 13 different global networks (i.e. Frame Relay with
Lucent switches, ATM and PIP with Cisco switches) for 2,5 years in Amsterdam. In 2003 GDNO
was relocated to the USA.

Tasks: answering the phone in 5 languages, createing e-tickets and addressing the tickets to
the techical support teams. became a teamlead after 6 months, then moved to Access
Management, a technical support team to pro-actively monitor and report problems with
