often start with fund development, but they certainly do
not need to end there. In human services organizations
such as BEAM, a technology enabled and data-driven
service implementation is key in measuring client service
operations effectively. BEAM migrated from multiple
other SaaS platforms to Salesforce and strengthened
their service output/outcome measurement capability and
grant management processes by utilizing the enhanced

Flow Builder is one of the powerful declarative tools in
the Lightning Flow product that allows users to add
automation to the Salesforce platform and connect to
external systems. Learn when it makes sense to use
Flow Builder over other Lightning Flow tools such as
Workflow or Process Builder. In this session we walk
through a flow to auto assign Permission Sets on User
creation. Key Takeaways * Attendees will learn the tools
