With myTrailhead, Salesforce is extending the Trailhead platform to enable companies to
customize the learning environment:

Now, companies will be able to move from disparate learning tools—FAQs, slide decks and static
manuals—to a single modern platform for all corporate learning.

Einstein Prediction Builder allows admins to create custom AI models on any custom
Salesforce field or object to predict business outcomes.
Using a declarative, point-and-click setup tool,
• admins define the prediction,
• identify the field to build the model on and
• which fields (data) to use.
• And then can easily embedded directly into Salesforce workflows/proceesses.
But behind the scenes, myEinstein automates the model building and data scoring process
in creating custom predictive models and bots.

mySalesforce, the next generation of Salesforce on mobile. mySalesforce includes a low-code app
development tool that makes it easy for anyone to build and publish—in weeks, not months—
branded apps that can be easily listed in the App Store and Google Play.

Lightning App Builder, which has a drag-and-drop library of easily components

• Lightning Flow (new): Existing flow automation tools (Visual Flow) are now powered by
Lightning. Admins can create guided, visual processes with Lightning Components and easily

myLightning: No additional cost. Theming will be generally available in early 2018. App Builder with
Dynamic Pages, Lightning Flow, Lightning Design System is generally available
mySalesforce: is expected to be generally available on December 19, 2017 as a platform service
add-on to any Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud or Platform license, starting at $25 per
user per month.
myIOT: Salesforce IoT Explorer is generally available as a platform service, starting at $6000 per
month for any organization with an enterprise license or above.
