1. To whom it may concern
With this letter I would like to endorse MissJiaqun Hui (Maisie) who was a part of an AIESEC Mauritius
internship.
MissMaisie Hui worked on a social project namely Start UP Mauritius. In the project, she had to create a social
enterprise in Mauritius. While being here, she created a project called SEIS (Solar Energy Integration Solutions). The
objective of this initiative was, as the name suggests, provide solar energy solutions to provide electricity for a household.
In their adventure, the team that she led had to meet with banks to provide low interest rates to clients, interact with solar
energy companies to analyze and find the most suitable energy solution and contact government officials for support. The
team also had to do extensive research in Mauritius to understand the local reality. In the six weeks that she was here, she
was able to set up a proper structure and negociate the right deals to be able to start the venture.
Working in a team comprised of people from different countries, MissMaisie Hui was also exposed to an
international environment where tolerance and acceptance are a must. I am proud to say that MissMaisie Hui
excelled in this field and is able to bond easily with people of different cultures and backgrounds.
Highly creative and always keen to improve, her ambitions have always benefited not only herself but others
around her. In addition, MissMaisie Hui has a great team spirit, and a very positive attitude towards her work
due to which she participated pro-actively in every event and contributed to achieve the objectives of the
projects she participated in.
I am very sure that her international experience of working on this project along with her exceptional qualities
as a person will be an asset for any organization.
I wish MissMaisie Hui great success in life. Please feel free to contact me for further references.
