2. About the Foundation
Sakardrishti Social Foundation is a non-
profit organization committed to improving
the lives of women and youth. It consists
of individuals who share a common goal
of making society better. Guided by
capable and experienced leadership, a
team of diligent volunteers collaborates to
create a brighter future for India’s women
and youth.

3. Our Mission
Sakardrishti Social Foundation is dedicated to assisting economically disadvantaged women,
both locally and in the Vidarbha region. Our approach goes beyond providing financial aid. We
believe that empowering these individuals involves equipping them with the knowledge and
skills to generate sustainable income for their families.
To achieve this, our foundation focuses on education and entrepreneurship. We offer a range of
courses that enable women to establish and manage small-scale businesses, ensuring a
reliable source of income. Additionally, we extend vocational training opportunities to young
individuals.
Through these initiatives, Sakardrishti Social Foundation has positively impacted numerous
underprivileged women and young students, fostering economic independence and a brighter
future.

4. Our Work
Late Savitribai Fule once emphasized the importance of learning for personal growth,
saying,
"Acquiring knowledge elevates one from a lower status to a higher one."
Today, women have
access to education, but not all possess the necessary skills to be financially independent.
True
independence for women often comes from financial empowerment. Our foundation was
established with this vision in mind.
We empower women by equipping them with essential soft skills and basic life skills,
enabling
them to achieve genuine independence. In certain segments of Indian society, widows still
face
societal stigma. Therefore, every year, during the occasions of;Hartilika and Makar
Sankranti our foundation organizes special ;Haldi Kumkum and Oti programs for widows.

5. Future Vision
Our vision for the future involves expanding our foundation’s reach and impact. We aim to
host
additional job fairs to connect young individuals with employment opportunities.
Additionally, we
plan to offer vocational courses to empower youth, including programs such as beauty
parlor
training, sewing courses covering various items like bags, doormats, and seats, as well as
painting courses encompassing fabric painting, bottle art, canvas painting, and mural art.
We
will also organize workshops on pickle making and various other skills. Furthermore,
we'll
provide training in mobile and computer skills, including Microsoft Office, print scanning,
internet
browsing, and fundamental mobile repair courses.

6. About the Directors : Dr. Vaishali Chopde
Founder & Director of SSF
Dr. Vaishali Ramesh Chopde is the visionary behind the establishment of SSF. With a
strong
commitment to societal improvement, she boasts an impressive educational background.
After
obtaining her B.Sc degree, she pursued master’s degrees in sociology, political science,
and
English literature. She also holds a B.Ed. degree and has earned a Ph.D. in social
science.
Renowned for her eloquence, Dr. Chopde is a prominent speaker in Vidarbha. She has
tirelessly traversed the region to raise awareness within society. Driven by her passion
for
women’s empowerment and the significance of education for young girls, she has
delivered numerous lectures.
