With this letter I would like to endorse MissSaba Khalid who was a part of an AIESEC Mauritius internship.
MissSaba Khalid worked on a social project namely Start UP Mauritius from 2nd
of June to 14th
of July. In the
project, she worked with a parastatal institution known as the National Women Entrepreneur Council. After undergoing
trainings at the NWEC, she worked in a team to assist 4 women entrepreneurs in their businesses. In her first week of
work, she effected site visits at the women entrepreneur place of work to have a better understanding of the women
businesses. She then proceeded to provide counselling on how to improve the business as well as create websites for the
business of the women entrepreneur. Finally, she co-operated with other teams to be able to deliver a fair where the
women entrepreneur would be able to expose, sell their products and also network with different stakeholders such as the
post office. In the six weeks that she was here, she was able to tremendously help those women improve their business.
Working in a team comprised of people from different countries, Miss Saba Khalid was also exposed to an
international environment where tolerance and acceptance are a must. I am proud to say that Miss Saba Khalid
excelled in this field and is able to bond easily with people of different cultures and backgrounds.
Highly creative and always keen to improve, her ambitions have always benefited not only herself but others
around him. In addition, MissSaba Khalid has a great team spirit, and a very positive attitude towards her work
due to which she participated pro-actively in every event and contributed to achieve the objectives of the
projects she participated in.
I am very sure that her international experience of working on this project along with her exceptional qualities
as a person will be an asset for any organization.
I wish Miss Saba Khalid great success in life.
