What is it: Comprehensive Competency framework Identifies: Skills, Knowledge, Behaviours Development The Global Standard for Procurement and Supply is based on extensive research, carried out with 5,000 Procurement and Supply professionals at all stages of their career, in all types of organisation from around the world CIPS globally recognised qualifications and all products and services are aligned to the Global Standard CIPS will be annually reviewing the Global Standard to ensure it remains fit for purpose Alignment The levels of competence within the Global Standard are aligned with Licencing of the Profession and mapped against the key vehicles available from CIPS and others for the achievement of each of the competence levels.
