Congress passed the American Savings Promotion Act in 2014 to make PLSA’s a legal “no loss
lottery” savings vehicle for consumers. However, they’re only used in 20 states due to the
need to update state specific gambling/lottery laws
Enter Jarbux. We designed on the well studied and globally adopted PLSA
psychology principles to build a rewards-based savings product that could be used
by everyone
