POTENTIAL ASSESSMENT
Through a targeted point of view, systemic
methodology and discourse analysis we
create several simulation exercises to identify
the candidate's current and future abilities
and dimensions. In different stages of the
process, we challenge them to exit their
comfort zone in order to estimate the
maximum possible performance that the
person can reach. We identify the potential
with the 9BOX grid.
DEVELOPED ASSESSMENT
We identify the present candidate's level of
critical competency and the potential
capability of each person to face major
complexities in a role and perform
successfully, within a specific time, in high
management positions. We evaluate the
critical thinking and the strategic capability;
the resources that every person uses for
decision-making, negotiating and leadership.
Our process includes feedback, coaching and
personalized action plan for every candidate
being evaluated. As a final synthesis, we hand
in a systemic map of the evaluated team.
