Individual Assessment
We take into account a range of potential roles
and responsibilities, and effectively assess the
individual against benchmarks for them. This
can encompass competency-based
assessment, psychometric testing and 360
degree diagnostic tools.
Development Centre
These can be used as a tool to select
individuals for further development
programmes; or as part of it, providing initial
and ongoing data about individuals. Our
bespoke-designed development centres can
involve placing individuals in one on one role
plays, extended group simulations, 360
diagnostics, and written or presentation
exercises based on workplace scenarios.
