Key Responsibilities :
QUOTE MANAGEMENT
 To produce quotes from supervisors/managers.
 Ensure quality of quotes and submit quotes to client within SLA.
 Updated quoted works database.
 Track all quotes using quoted works database.
 Instruct supervisors/sub-contractors the order to proceed with works upon quote approval from client.
FINANCE AND CLIENT MANAGEMENT
 Produce and obtain all required documentation (including certificates of work).
 Produce financial spread sheet for client approval before invoicing works out.
 Update quoted works finance database in order to track all works invoiced / waiting to be invoiced.
 Produce clients’ reports for the billing phase of quoted works.
 Ensure all documents submitted to client are professional and to a high standard.
 Create and update procedures to keep up-to-date with new requirements from clients.
 Build long term relationships with existing and new/internal and external clients, to ensure the business is
driven forward to success.
 Actively support team members to achieve the quality of service defined by the SLA and continually assessing
performance against agreed targets.
