MTA Visions is proposing the MTA Center for Advocacy, Leadership, and Entrepreneurship (MTA-CALE) to provide guidance and training to companies on navigating social justice issues. With various social movements in the spotlight each month, brands are facing increased pressure to take stances. However, taking the right approach is challenging. MTA-CALE will offer seminars, workshops and advisory services to help corporations successfully implement diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives, social justice programs, and community outreach efforts that drive purpose and profit. Case studies will examine initiatives that were well-received by the public as well as those that left consumers confused or angry. The training and services proposed aim to help global companies
