Site Engineer :
Project: Residential tower ( 33 floors ) - Under Progress till 1/12/2017
(ALCORNICHE) - Budget: 265 AED Million.
It’s a commercial building consist of 4 basements, ground floor, 5 podiume floor,
21 typical floors and mechanical floor and swimming pool at roof .The area of each Basment is 2300m2
,
typical floor area is 1950 m2
 Following the subcontractors for the relocation of the( cables ,storm water , fire fighting , sewage
system ) found passing in the site .
 Following the NOC’S from all the governments departments, like Abu Dhabi Municipality,
Department of Traffic, Civil Defense, Traffic Police, Abu Dhabi Distribution Company, Mawaqif,
etc… with the consultants.
 Follow the sub contractor for piling work for shoring system and working piles , the strutt pipes
system used in the shoring , Steel cagaes and concreting work .
 Follow the site activities scope of Ghantoot such as ( dewatering system ,capping beam , guide
beam , excavation work , block , gunite ) .
 Prepair the one week look ahead inorder to arrange the material requestion and required tools.
 Follow up with the QC department to have the inspections done as per the schedule.
 Checking the drawings that need approval from the consultant before sending it.
 Maintain safe and clean working environment in accordance with the Health & Safety
Management Plan .
