competitive market situation?
Conflict is a difference of ideas or opinions.
Channel conflict is a situation in which channel members
have to compete against one another.
Causes of conflict
Overlapping among the marketing functions.
Limited resources.
Interdependence of reseller and manufacturer.
Manage the conflict
• The relative size of gross margins.
• Responsibilities of maintaining inventories.
• Restrictions on account solicitation.
