DraftKings Partners With Sacramento Kings & Golden State Warriors
LOS ANGELES, (11 FEBRUARY 2015) —
Daily fantasy sports operator DraftKings has
added two more California teams to its
growing list of partnerships in the NBA.
Following a deal with the Los Angeles
Clippers, DraftKings has signed separate
deals with the Sacramento Kings and the
Golden State Warriors. The deal with the
Warriors includes a fantasy sports
partnership, similar to an arrangement with
PlayMLF back in November 2014.
The agreement marked the Clippers’
first-ever fantasy sports partnership.
DraftKings is the largest United
States-based provider of daily fantasy sports
contests across a broad range of professional
and college sports.
The addition of the Kings and the Warriors
into DraftKings’ adds to a growing list of
NBA partners, which now include, the
Minnesota Timberwolves, the Philadelphia
76ers, the Houston Rockets, and the Boston
Celtics as partners of the growing fantasy
sports site.
Terms of the operator’s partnership with the
Sacramento Kings, DraftKings include
access to sponsorship treatment on a number
of the team’s brand platforms, including
Kings.com’s Blog Central, game previews
and postgame recaps.

The deal also gives DraftKings content
premium exposure on the Kings’ digital
network, as well as a commercial spot on the
team’s KHTK Sports 1140 AM broadcast,
and integration of DraftKings signage at the
Sleep Train Arena and the team’s dedicated
website, Kings.com.

DoubleDown Casino Launches Wheel of Fortune Extra Spin for Desktop & Mobile Devices
LAS VEGAS, (12 February 2015) —
DoubleDown Casino, the social gaming
subsidiary of leading slot manufacturer
International Game Technology
(NYSE: IGT), announced the launch of
Wheel of Fortune Extra Spin for desktop
and mobile devices.
Inspired by the classic Wheel of Fortune slot
machine, Wheel of Fortune Extra Spin
features the Wheel Bonus, which changes all
of the spin symbols into the letters
W-H-E-E-L, with each letter revealing a
number of extra spins or awards of 10 to 25
times the initiating bet. The Vault Bonus
changes all of the Vault symbols on the
center reels into pickers, revealing payouts
from five to 25 times initiating bet.

Social Gaming Market
By launching the Wheel of Fortune Extra
Spin game, IGT is vying a share of the
$2.7 billion social gaming market.
According to Eilers Research Q4 social
casino market share report, Caesars
Interactive Entertainment (CIE) leads with
21.2% of the social casino market, up
slightly from its Q3 share.
IGT’s DoubleDown Casino maintained its
runner-up spot with 10.5%, while former
titans Zynga managed to hold on to third
place with 8.4%.
DoubleDown has about 6 million monthly
players, IGT said.
IGT generated about $82.7 million in
revenue in the fourth quarter, according to
Eilers Research.
Only Caesars Interactive is larger, with
$167.3 million in fourth-quarter revenues
and 21.2 percent of the market.

Hong Kong Jockey Club Offers Quartet Merged Pool Bets
HONG KONG, (12 February 2015) — The
Hong Kong Jockey Club announced that the
Quartet and First 4 racing bet types will be
combined to form the “Quartet & First 4
Merged Pool.”
Merged Pool features a “one pool wagering”
concept with real-time odds and dividends
calculated by combining wagers on the two
bet types into one pool.
For each Quartet & First 4 Merged Pool, a
0.5 percentage of the turnover will be
deducted and credited to a Jackpot Reserve
Pool for jackpot allocation to offer higher
return on specific race days.
American firm Longitude has provided the
Jockey Club with patented technology to
offer what is known as “single-pool
wagering” – which is hoped will smooth out
rapid price fluctuations by sharing liquidity
across pools while simultaneously providing
real-time odds updates for customers on
complex bet types. The Jockey Club also
plans, in time, to use the Longitude system
to introduce a range of new bet types that
will allow customers to “mix and match”
across different pools and races. Longitude
is a wholly-owned subsidiary of
International Securities Exchange Holdings,
Inc. (ISE).

wagering at Sha Tin Racecourse last month,
Longitude’s Managing Director Tom Ascher
said the establishment of the company’s
systems in Hong Kong had laid the
“foundation for innovation.”

Boyd Gaming Reports Fourth Quarter, Full Year 2014 Results
LAS VEGAS, (12 February 2015) — Boyd
Gaming Corporation (NYSE: BYD)
reported financial results for the fourth
quarter and full year ended December 31,
2014.
Boyd Gaming reported fourth quarter 2014
net revenues of $531.6 million, an increase
of 1.4% compared to pro forma net revenues
of $524.4 million for the same quarter in
2013. Total Adjusted EBITDA was
$136.4 million, up 10.6% from the
comparable pro forma amount of
$123.3 million for the year-ago period.
Adjusted Earnings for the fourth quarter
2014 reflect a loss of $0.1 million,
break-even on a per share basis, compared to
a loss of $26.4 million, or $0.24 per share,
for the same period in 2013.
Borgata
Borgata reported fourth quarter 2014 net
revenues of $179.1 million — including
$7.0 million from its online gaming
operations — a 14.0% increase from the
$157.1 million in revenues reported in the
year-ago period. Adjusted EBITDA at
Borgata more than doubled to $36.0 million,
compared to $16.4 million in the fourth
quarter of 2013.

Borgata saw significant growth in both
gaming and non-gaming business during the
quarter. The property set all-time market
share records for gross gaming revenue,
table win, slot win and poker during the

profitability of its online gaming operations,

generating $1.8 million in EBITDA from
this business in the fourth quarter.
Atlantic City, N.J., casinos reported
$186 million in revenue for January,
including $11.6 million from online gaming.
Boyd Gaming Corp. reported a net loss of
$32.4 million for the fourth quarter,
compared to a $47.3 million loss in the same
quarter of 2013. “We saw modest revenue
gains throughout our portfolio, continued
growth in our Las Vegas business and
ongoing stabilization in our regional
markets,” said CEO Keith Smith.

fourth quarter we were pleased to achieve
EBITDA growth and margin improvement
in every segment of our business. We saw
modest revenue gains throughout our

strategy to enhance our non-gaming
amenities, which contributed to improved
growth and profitability in the quarter.
Additionally, we continued to strengthen our
balance sheet during the quarter, bringing
total debt reduction to nearly $200 million in
2014. The second half of 2014 provided
encouraging signs of growth and a solid
base for continuing to build long-term
shareholder value.”

500.com Limited Reports Fourth Quarter and Full Year 2014 Financial Results
SHENZHEN, China, (11 February 2015) —
500.com Limited (NYSE: WBAI)
(“500.com” or the “Company”), a leading
online sports lottery service provider in
China, reported its unaudited financial
results for the fourth quarter and full year
2014.
500.com has generated net income of
RMB157.0m (USD$25.3m) for the full 2014
year, after recording strong growth in total
revenue amounts and net revenue during the
period.
Fourth Quarter 2014 Highlights
 Total revenue was RMB1,757.9 million
(USD$283.3 million), representing a
21.7% decrease from the third quarter of
2014 and a 63.7% increase from the
fourth quarter of 2013.
 Net revenues were RMB146.2 million
(USD$23.6 million), representing a
22.1% decrease from the third quarter of
2014 and a 52.1% increase from the
fourth quarter of 2013.
 Operating profit was RMB19.0 million
(USD$3.1 million), representing a
51.7% decrease from the third quarter of
2014 and a 44.0% decrease from the
fourth quarter of 2013.
 Non-GAAP operating profit was
RMB56.3 million (USD$9.1 million),
representing a 29.0% decrease from the
third quarter of 2014 and a 46.6%
increase from the fourth quarter of 2013.
 Net income attributable to ordinary
shareholders was RMB14.5 million
(USD$2.3 million), representing a
63.4% decrease from the third quarter of
2014 and a 83.0% decrease from the
fourth quarter of 2013.
 Non-GAAP net income attributable to
ordinary shareholders was
RMB51.8 million (USD$8.3 million),
representing a 34.9% decrease from the
third quarter of 2014 and a 98.5%
increase from the fourth quarter of 2013.
 Basic and diluted earnings per ADS
attributable to ordinary shareholders
were USD$0.07 and USD$0.07,
respectively.
 Non-GAAP basic and diluted earnings
per ADS attributable to ordinary
shareholders were USD$0.24 and
USD$0.23, respectively.
 Number of active users was
approximately 984,000 during the fourth
quarter of 2014, representing a 71.9%
decrease from the third quarter of 2014
and a 10.2% increase from the fourth
quarter of 2013.

Full Year 2014 Highlights
 Net revenues were RMB579.7 million
(USD$93.4 million), representing a

 Net income attributable to ordinary
shareholders was RMB157.0 million
(USD$25.3 million), representing a
48.0% increase from the full year 2013.

RMB247.0 million (USD$39.8 million),
representing a 344.2% increase from the
full year 2013.
 Basic and diluted earnings per ADS

were USD$0.74 and USD$0.71,
respectively.
 Non-GAAP basic and diluted earnings
per ADS attributable to ordinary
shareholders were USD$1.17 and
USD$1.11, respectively.
Fourth Quarter 2014 Operational Results
 Active Users: Active users decreased by
71.9% to approximately 984,000 during
the fourth quarter of 2014 from
3,500,000 in the third quarter of 2014,
primarily due to increased user activity
in connection with the FIFA World Cup
which was held during the third quarter
of 2014.
 New Active Users: The Company had a
total of 844,000 new active users during
the quarter, a decrease of 73.9% from
3,233,000 new active users during the
third quarter of 2014, primarily due to
increased user activity in connection
with the FIFA World Cup which was
held during the third quarter of 2014.
New active users accounted for 52.4% of
the Company’s total revenue during the
fourth quarter of 2014, a decrease from
61.1% during the third quarter of 2014.

The Company had a total of 409,000 active
mobile app users during the quarter, a
decrease of 44.4% from 736,000 active
mobile app users during the third quarter of
2014. Active mobile app users accounted for
41.4% of the company’s total revenue
during the fourth quarter of 2014, an
increase from 38.4% during the third quarter
of 2014.
The Company had a total of 341,000 active
mobile website users during the quarter, a
decrease of 86.3% from 2,485,000 active
mobile website users during the third quarter
of 2014. Active mobile website users
accounted for 4.6% of the Company’s total
revenue during the fourth quarter of 2014, a
decrease from 9.3% during the third quarter
of 2014.
The number of Chinese mobile phone users
hit 1.22 billion at the end of October,

according to the Ministry of Industry and
Information Technology.
Among them, 67.19% or 817 million mobile
phone users are connected to the internet
and 34.5% of them are 3G users.
Total handle was RMB1,757.9 million
(USD$283.3 million), an increase of 63.7%
from RMB1,073.7 million during the fourth
quarter of 2013, and a decrease of 21.7%
from RMB2,244.6 million during the third
quarter of 2014. The sequential decrease
was primarily due to increased user activity
in connection with the FIFA World Cup
which was held during the third quarter of
2014.
Total service fees received from provincial
sports lottery administration centers and
third party aggregators were
RMB174.2 million (USD$28.1 million),
representing an increase of 45.5% from
RMB119.7 million during the fourth quarter
of 2013, and a decrease of 23.0% from
RMB226.1 million during the third quarter
of 2014.
Global mobile gaming revenues will reach
$21.1 billion by the end of this year, driven
by Asian mobile users, according to
analysts.
SuperData Research anticipates that by
2016, global gaming revenue will be at
$28.2 billion once more smartphone
consumers come online in Russia, India and
China. Asian nations like China, South
Korea and Japan spend more on a per player
basis than western nations.
“We finished the year on a strong note with
net revenues increasing 52.1%
year-over-year,” commented Mr. Man San

revenue during the quarter increased 63.7%
from the same period last year to
USD$283.3 million as non-GAAP net
income grew significantly, increasing 98.5%

Page 2 Mobile Gaming Executive Feb 16 2015 DraftKings Partners With Sacramento Kings & Golden State Warriors LOS ANGELES, (11 FEBRUARY 2015) — Daily fantasy sports operator DraftKings has added two more California teams to its growing list of partnerships in the NBA. Following a deal with the Los Angeles Clippers, DraftKings has signed separate deals with the Sacramento Kings and the Golden State Warriors. The deal with the Warriors includes a fantasy sports partnership, similar to an arrangement with PlayMLF back in November 2014. The agreement marked the Clippers’ first-ever fantasy sports partnership. DraftKings is the largest United States-based provider of daily fantasy sports contests across a broad range of professional and college sports. The addition of the Kings and the Warriors into DraftKings’ adds to a growing list of NBA partners, which now include, the Minnesota Timberwolves, the Philadelphia 76ers, the Houston Rockets, and the Boston Celtics as partners of the growing fantasy sports site. Terms of the operator’s partnership with the Sacramento Kings, DraftKings include access to sponsorship treatment on a number of the team’s brand platforms, including Kings.com’s Blog Central, game previews and postgame recaps. For each Quartet & First 4 Merged Pool, a 0.5 percentage of the turnover will be deducted and credited to a Jackpot Reserve Pool for jackpot allocation to offer higher return on specific race days. Boyd Gaming reported fourth quarter 2014 net revenues of $531.6 million, an increase of 1.4% compared to pro forma net revenues of $524.4 million for the same quarter in 2013. Total Adjusted EBITDA was $136.4 million, up 10.6% from the comparable pro forma amount of $123.3 million for the year-ago period. Adjusted Earnings for the fourth quarter 2014 reflect a loss of $0.1 million, break-even on a per share basis, compared to a loss of $26.4 million, or $0.24 per share, for the same period in 2013. Page 9 Mobile Gaming Executive Feb 16 2015 500.com Limited Reports Fourth Quarter and Full Year 2014 Financial Results SHENZHEN, China, (11 February 2015) — 500.com Limited (NYSE: WBAI) (“500.com” or the “Company”), a leading online sports lottery service provider in China, reported its unaudited financial results for the fourth quarter and full year 2014. 500.com has generated net income of RMB157.0m (USD$25.3m) for the full 2014 year, after recording strong growth in total revenue amounts and net revenue during the period. Fourth Quarter 2014 Highlights  Total revenue was RMB1,757.9 million (USD$283.3 million), representing a 21.7% decrease from the third quarter of 2014 and a 63.7% increase from the fourth quarter of 2013.  Net revenues were RMB146.2 million (USD$23.6 million), representing a 22.1% decrease from the third quarter of 2014 and a 52.1% increase from the fourth quarter of 2013.  Operating profit was RMB19.0 million (USD$3.1 million), representing a 51.7% decrease from the third quarter of 2014 and a 44.0% decrease from the fourth quarter of 2013.  Non-GAAP operating profit was RMB56.3 million (USD$9.1 million), representing a 29.0% decrease from the third quarter of 2014 and a 46.6% increase from the fourth quarter of 2013.  Net income attributable to ordinary shareholders was RMB14.5 million (USD$2.3 million), representing a 63.4% decrease from the third quarter of 2014 and a 83.0% decrease from the fourth quarter of 2013.  Non-GAAP net income attributable to ordinary shareholders was RMB51.8 million (USD$8.3 million), representing a 34.9% decrease from the third quarter of 2014 and a 98.5% increase from the fourth quarter of 2013.  Basic and diluted earnings per ADS attributable to ordinary shareholders were USD$0.07 and USD$0.07, respectively.  Non-GAAP basic and diluted earnings per ADS attributable to ordinary shareholders were USD$0.24 and USD$0.23, respectively.  Number of active users was approximately 984,000 during the fourth quarter of 2014, representing a 71.9% decrease from the third quarter of 2014 and a 10.2% increase from the fourth quarter of 2013.  American Depositary Shares, which are traded on the NYSE. Full Year 2014 Highlights  Net revenues were RMB579.7 million (USD$93.4 million), representing a 123.4% increase from the full year 2013.  Operating profit was RMB149.5 million (USD$24.1 million), representing a 149.6% increase from the full year 2013.  Net income attributable to ordinary shareholders was RMB157.0 million (USD$25.3 million), representing a 48.0% increase from the full year 2013.

Fourth Quarter 2014 Operational Results  Active Users: Active users decreased by 71.9% to approximately 984,000 during the fourth quarter of 2014 from 3,500,000 in the third quarter of 2014, primarily due to increased user activity in connection with the FIFA World Cup which was held during the third quarter of 2014.  New Active Users: The Company had a total of 844,000 new active users during the quarter, a decrease of 73.9% from 3,233,000 new active users during the third quarter of 2014, primarily due to increased user activity in connection with the FIFA World Cup which was held during the third quarter of 2014. New active users accounted for 52.4% of the Company’s total revenue during the fourth quarter of 2014, a decrease from 61.1% during the third quarter of 2014. Mobile Gaming Revenue 500.com App The Company had a total of 409,000 active mobile app users during the quarter, a decrease of 44.4% from 736,000 active mobile app users during the third quarter of 2014. Active mobile app users accounted for 41.4% of the company’s total revenue during the fourth quarter of 2014, an increase from 38.4% during the third quarter of 2014. The Company had a total of 341,000 active mobile website users during the quarter, a decrease of 86.3% from 2,485,000 active mobile website users during the third quarter of 2014. Active mobile website users accounted for 4.6% of the Company’s total revenue during the fourth quarter of 2014, a decrease from 9.3% during the third quarter of 2014. Total handle was RMB1,757.9 million (USD$283.3 million), an increase of 63.7% from RMB1,073.7 million during the fourth quarter of 2013, and a decrease of 21.7% from RMB2,244.6 million during the third quarter of 2014. The sequential decrease was primarily due to increased user activity in connection with the FIFA World Cup which was held during the third quarter of 2014. Total service fees received from provincial sports lottery administration centers and third party aggregators were RMB174.2 million (USD$28.1 million), representing an increase of 45.5% from RMB119.7 million during the fourth quarter of 2013, and a decrease of 23.0% from RMB226.1 million during the third quarter of 2014. Global mobile gaming revenues will reach $21.1 billion by the end of this year, driven by Asian mobile users, according to analysts. SuperData Research anticipates that by 2016, global gaming revenue will be at $28.2 billion once more smartphone consumers come online in Russia, India and China.
