HUMAN RESOURCES PROFESSIONAL
Core Competencies: Talent Acquisition / Employee Relations / Policy Development /
Benefits & VRM / Communications / Performance Evaluations / Succession Planning
Career Summary: I have aligned HR as a strategic partner, to achieve business objectives in
challenging, multicultural and functionally diverse industries. I introduced and implemented
new/improved HR policies, programs and solutions for Mini-Circuits, a global, high-tech manufacturing
company and for Whitney Communications, a media company. As a hands-on HR department leader,
I contributed to business values by:
 Leading, mentoring and organizing a HR team that is well-regarded for providing excellent
internal customer service.
 Introducing new methods of recruitment, talent acquisition and talent management to Mini-
Circuits
 Negotiating higher quality, cost-effective contracts with vendors and service providers
 Ensuring compliance, engagement, accountability and consistency in HR programs and
practices
 Being viewed as a hands-on professional and team player who is widely trusted and exhibits
sound judgment and compassion.
Current Career Goals: I am seeking a position either in HR management or as an
individual contributor to a HR team. I would enjoy functioning as a generalist or
specialist in recruiting/talent acquisition, succession planning, employee relations,
performance management, benefits, HR compliance, etc.
Education: Brooklyn College (CUNY) Completed 90 credits towards a BA in Education
(teaching). Due to NYC teaching licenses being frozen indefinitely, I continued my education in HR
@ NYU School of Professional Studies to compliment my position in HR. Completed a 2-year
professional certification program in HR Management.
