• Reduced agency usage and spend to $0 from over $2MM annually, exceeding forecast.

retail banking, as well as investment services, to customers through 30 banks and more than 330 Synovus offices in Georgia, Alabama,

• Conducted extensive recruiting duties with accountability of filling 300+ management, financial, security, temporary, technical,

targets. Recruited organically internal talent and redesigned all staffing functions to support an increase of net operating income from a
