8. CONTRACTOR SHALL INFORM THE OWNER PRIOR TO ANY SITE DEMOLITION
AND SHALL SCHEDULE SUCH DEMOLITION AS NOT TO INTERFERE WITH THE
OWNER'S OPERATIONS AS OUTLINED IN AN AGREED PHASING PLAN AND
