2. JOB SUMMARY:
To provide a professional and cost effective marketing service to the Midbank Group
3. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Contact with current and potential clients
• Contract price determination and quotations
• All public relations duties
• Control of private hire function
• Responsible for all marketing material
• Finalization of all contract price adjustments
• Ensure that all Sponsorship applications are handled according to company policy
• Handling of all small contract invoices and queries
• Hiring and selling of assets
• Ensure that companies are listed on all client vendor lists
• Ensure that all waybills are captured and all extra kilometers are charged
• Supervise, develop and motivate staff in team and handle grievances and complaints
• Adhere to and ensure compliance with company and SHEQ policies and procedures, and
maintain good housekeeping and cleanliness of work place
• The employee will perform any other reasonable and lawful instruction given by a
Supervisor or member of Management or by a person appointed by Management.
