 Review daily paperwork and ensure all documents are present. Count
device inventory daily and entire store inventory monthly.
 Create store schedules and update store metrics as well as the metrics of
individual representatives.
 Implement binders for representatives to keep track of their sales, follow
ups, outreach events, and goals.
 Perform sales observations daily and hold weekly one on ones with each
representative to discuss their sales progress and monthly goals.
 Receive shipments, stock inventory, create store deposits, file change
