I have created a presentation based around my Clifton Strength's Finder 2.0 and how it can help my career.

the results that I received and how they influence
me.

any decisions that I make and anticipate any
obstacles.
I self review and think about how I could do
things better.
I offer verbal feedback and positive
reinforcement.

3. I consistently strive to improve myself
professionally and personally.
I try to minimise your limitations or eradicate
them altogether.
I invest a lot of time in planning my future
and how I can get there.

4. I work diligently to conquer my shortcomings.
Nothing distracts me from my goal.
I enjoy being the most successful person in a
group, however I am still able to do this
whilst working well in a team.
I have determination to succeed.

5. I like to devise steps that will allow other
people to achieve over and over again.
I aim to handle every detail, requirement, or
deadline efficiently and without any hassles.
I feel that life is better when I deal with
people even-handedly.

6. I really enjoy working in a team to achieve
goals.
Sitting around and wasting time does not suit
me.
I always share my perspective on things when
asked.

7. Overall I think all of these have an extremely
positive effect on my ability to have an
amazing career!
