I spent many years with this company and with them I have gained a great deal of
experience in multiple areas. My skills and expertise range from basic office duties to
complete office management. Insurance verification, data entry, account management,
insurance billing, ICD-9, IDC-10 & CPT coding, NCCI, payroll, general office
management & leadership.
I am extremely familiar will ALL insurance types and companies, Medicare guidelines,
contract negotiations and insurance contracting. I personally work to maintain contracts
and conduct contract negotiations for our practice as well.
I have also become seasoned in prospective employee pre-screening and interviewing,

AP/AR is also my specialty and my accuracy is impeccable. I handle every patient
account, maintenance, billing and collections. Claim filing both electronic & paper, claim
status, appeals, resolution, peer-to-peer review and authorizations. I am also
responsible for purchasing office and medical supplies while maintaining an accurate
and up-to-date MSDS file.
I handle the office finances such as the daily close, balance, and deposit; maintain
financial records daily, monthly, and annually. I work with the company CPA to supply
them with Quarterly reports they require for tax purposes.
I am also trained to assist the physician with in office procedures as needed.
I designed and implemented the original company employee handbook.
I maintain all OSHA & HIPAA compliance documents and records.
I am eager to help with any and all other duties as directed and/or needed by the
doctors and staff.

For this employer, I was in charge of the entire front office. My responsibilities were
general front office duties such as answering telephones, greeting patients, pre- & post-
