Len Conner was employed at Specialized Marketing Services, Inc. (SMS) for 8 months
in the capacity of Director of Operations overseeing our warehousing, shipping,
receiving and fulfillment divisions as well as our customer service department.
During his tenure at SMS Len became an invaluable part of our management team.
He came into an incredibly challenging customer service department and immediately
began a needs assessment to determine actionable change. After sorting through
multiple processes he streamlined procedures to ensure efficiencies while at the same

cross-training programs in all his departments thereby eliminating challenges when
department employees were on vacation, had absences or left their positions.
