JOB: As Head of Finance Department, to plan, organise, develop and provide financial and
management accounting services to all concerned with exploration operations. Provide support to
Head office in Denver, Colorado, US concerning operations in Ghana. Deal with banks. Provide
management information: monthly, quarterly half-yearly and annual accounts. Ensure compliance

the group Head office. Supervise procurement, stores and payroll administration. Assist in
budgeting and financial planning. Ensure timely payment of payroll tax, SSNIT and Excise duty
and other statutory deductions. Reporting to Director of Finance and Plant Manager.
F. MEAT MARKETING BOARD (June 1979 to August 1986)
POSITION : Ag CHIEF ACCOUNTANT
JOB : Responsible for overall company accounting systems and services and ensure
compliance with statutory regulations. Dealing with banks. Handling imports of frozen meat
products and live cattle and sheep/goats. Member of Interim Management Committee,(IMC) of the
Board.
NB: Joined the Board in 1979 as Accountant, promoted to Area Manager, to Senior Accountant and
finally to Ag Chief Accountant.
G. OTHER EXPERIENCE
Considerable experience in the use of MICROSOFT EXCEL and WORD. Application cover
budgeting, cash flow planning and forecasting. I have extensive use of accounting packages
including SOLOMON, ACCPAC, CBA and SUN ACCOUNTING systems software.
Currently using PRONTO ACOUNTING SOFTWARE for financial reporting and management.
Considerable experience in general and personnel administration; import and export documentation
and procedures.
Successfully implemented computerisation of Obenemase Gold Mines Ltd and Goldenrae Mining
Co Ltd from manual accounting system.
