Process of searching the candidates
and encouraging them to apply for
jobs in an organisation.
iv. SELECTION :
Choosing & appointing the right
persons for various jobs..
v. PLACEMENT :
Putting the right person on the right
job.
vi. ORIENTATION :
Making new employees
familiar with the organisation, work
