Client Work - my summer work was centered around a few core clients, like
FCSAmerica and Hy-Vee owned e-commerce brands
Farm Credit Services of America/Frontier Farm Credit
● Paid Search Builds
○ Helped build out paid search efforts for Crop Insurance, Customer Success,
WorkSmart, and Young & Beginning ad campaigns. This included creating
headlines, descriptions, sitelinks, callouts, and keywords for each ad in the ad
group within the campaigns.
● Inputting paid search builds into Airtable
○ Transferred the builds into Airtable for organizational purposes.
● Created UTMs for paid search builds
○ Transferred the builds into a UTM formula for tracking purposes.
● 2023 Planning
○ Using Google Search Console, Google Ads, and Google Analytics, I examined
many different metrics for the FCSA ad campaigns to monitor performance for
next year’s planning. This included site visits, organic search data, paid search
results, bounce rates, time spent on site, etc. I also looked at the peak times in the
year when certain pages were visited and if that related to our marketing efforts at
that time.
RedboxRX (Hy-Vee owned online pharmacy/telehealth)
● Website proofing
○ Proofreading new website pages as well as testing out paths and user experience
for usability purposes.
● Internal linking
○ This included linking prescription pages for the same conditions so internal
linking on the site and SEO was improved.
● Ad implementation on Facebook Ads Manager
○ Using Ads Manager, I inputted two ads that ran on Facebook and Instagram
stories. I inserted the video ad and selected the criteria we wanted for our ad.
Fireside Winery
● Website proofing for new events being added
● Copywriting HTML titles and descriptions
○ I wrote titles and descriptions for all of their wines, being sure to implement
strong keywords and topics for the best SEO.
WholeLotta Good (Hy-Vee owned health food store)
● Monthly E-commerce reporting
○ Reporting every month that included the e-commerce traffic that had occurred
that month as well as year to date. I examined transactions, average order value,
revenue, new visitors, etc. I compared this data to the previous month’s. For this
data, I used Google Analytics. I also used Tableau to see the month’s CPA, CTR,
and impressions from each ad platform (Google shopping, paid search, and paid
social.) I also used Google Ads to see the highest performing ad groups and
keywords within the different paid search campaigns that were running.
Petship (Hy-Vee owned online pet store)
● Monthly E-commerce reporting
Hy-Vee Good Graces Food Brand
● Marketing Strategy Research
○ This included consumer and demographic research of gluten-free consumers in
the Midwest because Good Graces is a private label gluten-free food brand under
Hy-Vee. I used MRI Simmons for this research. I examined demographic
information as well as different consumer segments.

This included creating headlines, descriptions, sitelinks, callouts, and keywords for each ad in the ad group within the campaigns. ● Inputting paid search builds into Airtable ○ Transferred the builds into Airtable for organizational purposes. ● Created UTMs for paid search builds ○ Transferred the builds into a UTM formula for tracking purposes. ● 2023 Planning ○ Using Google Search Console, Google Ads, and Google Analytics, I examined many different metrics for the FCSA ad campaigns to monitor performance for next year’s planning. This included site visits, organic search data, paid search results, bounce rates, time spent on site, etc. I also looked at the peak times in the year when certain pages were visited and if that related to our marketing efforts at that time.

RedboxRX (Hy-Vee owned online pharmacy/telehealth) ● Website proofing ○ Proofreading new website pages as well as testing out paths and user experience for usability purposes. ● Internal linking ○ This included linking prescription pages for the same conditions so internal linking on the site and SEO was improved. ● Ad implementation on Facebook Ads Manager ○ Using Ads Manager, I inputted two ads that ran on Facebook and Instagram stories. I inserted the video ad and selected the criteria we wanted for our ad. Fireside Winery ● Website proofing for new events being added ● Copywriting HTML titles and descriptions ○ I wrote titles and descriptions for all of their wines, being sure to implement strong keywords and topics for the best SEO. WholeLotta Good (Hy-Vee owned health food store) ● Monthly E-commerce reporting ○ Reporting every month that included the e-commerce traffic that had occurred that month as well as year to date. I examined transactions, average order value, revenue, new visitors, etc. I compared this data to the previous month’s. For this data, I used Google Analytics. I also used Tableau to see the month’s CPA, CTR, and impressions from each ad platform (Google shopping, paid search, and paid social.) I also used Google Ads to see the highest performing ad groups and keywords within the different paid search campaigns that were running. Petship (Hy-Vee owned online pet store) ● Monthly E-commerce reporting Hy-Vee Good Graces Food Brand ● Marketing Strategy Research ○ This included consumer and demographic research of gluten-free consumers in the Midwest because Good Graces is a private label gluten-free food brand under Hy-Vee. I used MRI Simmons for this research. I examined demographic information as well as different consumer segments.
