BetterUp is looking for a Senior Demand Generation expert to join our team to help guide
campaign strategy, manage key aspects of marketing qualified lead development, and ABM
(Account-Based Marketing) initiatives.
Our mobile-first product connects coaches with individuals, creating powerful relationships
to drive behavior change and transform a new generation of leaders. We are creating a
new category, and we need a talented Demand Gen expert to uplevel the Marketing Team
to drive us there.

Build:
● Work in collaboration with
Marketing Ops to track metrics
and reporting against planned
goals including, but not limited to:
campaigns, programs, pipeline,
funnel health, and data hygiene.
● Help manage the development of
demand generation programs that
generate a consistent flow of
marketing qualified leads and first
meetings leveraging a variety of
channels.
Scale:
● Collaborate closely with the
field to educate, inspire,
support, and promote the
integrated campaigns and
demand programs to ensure
tight alignment and
incorporation into prospecting
and sales cycles.
