I was excited to see your opening and I would be honored to be invited for an
interview.
My background includes serving as a customer service associate within both call-
center and retail environments. Most recently, I worked at a rehab center where I
was a Behavioral Health Tech. I was a shoulder to cry on and an ear to listen to
them. I always believed in not leaving until problems were solved and I would stay
late without being asked to. I went above and beyond expectations and did not
“watch the clock.”
Previously, I worked within a high-volume customer-support call center doing
collections for a bank, a lawn care provider, and a phone, television, and internet
provider. In these positions, I demonstrated the ability to resolve a variety of issues
and complaints (such as billing disputes, service interruptions or cutoffs, repair
technician delays/no-shows and equipment malfunctions). I consistently met my call-
volume goals. I also would often collect the bonus.
In addition to this experience, I gained considerable customer service skills during
my job as a cashier, whom also handled overnight returns and customer concerns.
I also bring to the table strong computer proficiencies in MS Word, MS Excel and my
Bachelors’ Degree in Psychology with an emphasis in Applied Behavioral Analysis.
