This document introduces Ms. Latoya Magee, a 6th grade science teacher. It provides information about her educational background and family, as well as classroom rules, procedures, consequences, rewards, grading scale, and contact information. Her philosophy is to teach, inspire, and guide students to reach their highest potential.

I graduated from the University of Southern Mississippi
I currently attend Belhaven University
I have two sons Trenton, and Kyland
I love fashion, reading, and traveling.
4. CLASSROOM RULES
Show respect to teacher and other students
Raise your hand before speaking
Be prepared
Follow cellphone policy
No Bullying, Bullying will not be tolerated
Raise your hand for permission to leave your seat

6. PROCEDURES
Enter class sit down and start working on your bell ringer
Arrive Late/Tardy-Enter into the room quickly and quietly(Place your tardy slip on desk and be
seated)
Need supplies-Raise your hand and I will walk to your desk
Raise your hand before you get out of your seat
Classroom must be neat before anyone leaves
No items on floor
Backpacks should be placed in the back of classroom or in lockers
Have your pencil and paper out ready to start the day
7. PROCEDURES CONT…..
Do not get out your desk to sharpen pencil-Raise your hand to get permission
Do not get out your seat when bell rings wait to be dismissed
Do not remove things from my desk without my permission
Sharpen your pencil before class-raise your hand during class
Go to the bathroom before class, during break, or raise your hand if it is an emergency
Walk down the hall quietly on the way to and from lunch
Class discussions/Boardwork- Do Not Make Fun of anyone, No name-calling
8. Consequences
First Offense: Verbal Warning
Second Offense:15 minutes after school detention
Third Offense: Teacher and Parent Conference
Fourth Offense: Write up and trip to office
9. REWARDS
Everybody loves a reward-Good Behavior can earn you a treat
Following class rules can earn you a treat
If you have the most stickers at the end of the week you can win a treat
Treasure Box selection, free homework pass, extra points, eat with teacher,
free computer time, and etc.
