PRINCIPLE OF WORKING
. SERVO IS COMMISSIONED FOR PULLER APPLICATION.
. SERVO GETS A TERIGGER SIGNAL FROM EYE MARK AND
A COMMAND TRIGGER FROM PLC TO START.
. SERVO INTERNAL POSITIONS ARE USED FOR POSITION.
. AS SOON AS THE SERVO GETS A TRIGGER IT COMPLETES
PREDEFINED POSITIONS AND PRODUCES 2 OUTPUTS TO
PLC.
1) PULLING COMPLETE O/P
2) MASKING COMPLETE OUTPUT.
. THEN PLC COMMANDS AUGER ARRANGEMENT TO WORK.
. A2 SERVO USES COMPARE AND CAPTURE FUNCTION FOR
UNINTERRUPTED POSITIONAL ACCURACY AS SHOWN IN
FOLLOWING SLIDES.
The Position Latch Function

• The coordinate value of reference axis can be
kept within 5us after this command being
activated.
• It can be used to do mark tracing.
The Compare
• Detect the location on the reference axis.
• The responsive time is less than 5us.
• The masking function on packing machine,
for example.
