am delighted to be considered as your future personal
trainer.
About me
My early involvement with fitness and training started
in high school when I attained my black belt and
became an assistant martial arts instructor in Karate.
When I transferred to the University of California,
Riverside, I felt the need to share my skill and talent as
well as bring something new to the university and help
inspire students, staff, faculty, and alumni. I have
taught a variety of classes targeting different
populations and fitness levels including: Body Boot
Camp, Ball-Fit, Box Fitness, 15 minute Abs, Total Body
toning, and stretching classes. My time at UC
Riverside has been very rewarding because I know I
have inspired and pushed many individuals to
challenge themselves, perform beyond their best, and
return for more the next day.
3. I practice what I preach. As an independently
contracted model, living healthily and being fit is a
part of me. I have modeled for Hot Topic, Inc., Ethos
Runway, and have done numerous independent
photo shoots for other prestigious photographers.
