assessment/workout then sign them up for a personal training package based on their fitness

percentage of our daily goal.

· As a Personal Trainer I would take measurements of the clients body fat, upper/lower body
strength tests, and muscular endurance. I would then put the client through a thirty minute
workout based on their needs and within their limitations.

· Performed over 500 hours of practical work experience in a collegiate strength and conditioning.
Tasks included keeping the facility clean, keeping the facility stocked with clean towels and
Muscle Milk, assist the athletes with their workouts by explaining and performing the lifts so
they could properly perform them themselves, and did a project on the Women’s Soccer team.
