This is a reference letter for Brady Markel in support of his application with your organization. I got to
know Brady throughout the course of his internship at EXOS during the Fall semester of 2016. Brady was
assigned to shadow and assist me during various sessions including our MLB off-season training, college
track and field, NFL Pro day preparation, a general population group and youth programs. Over the
course of the internship his responsibilities progressed from setting up and takedown of sessions to
leading group warm-ups and assisting me in coaching during both movement sessions and lifts.
Brady worked with athletes of all levels from professional to youth in various sports during his time at
EXOS, as well as learned how we utilize and apply the EXOS methodology to the training programs
created for each athlete. He was put through the intensive EXOS performance specialist intern
curriculum which included topics on programing methods, biomechanical topics, nutrition and recovery.
I found Brady to have an exceptional ability to connect and engage with our athletes of all ages and
always represent EXOS in a positive manner. He has an extremely positive attitude and a respectable
work ethic that I feel could add to any team.
