Editor's Notes
Intro: Good Morning Everyone. Welcome to the rapid response workshop presented by your local workforce innovation area, DCEO and IDES.
WIOA does all things to help keep our workforce strong. Works with businesses and qualifying individuals
for Dislocated Workers we have a Layoff Assistance Page –this is set up for your layoff specifically. This page does a good job at creating a centralized place for all the different pieces you may need. We will be posting the slideshows from from today’s presentation to this website also. We strongly encourage if you could help to spread the word to your co-workers at Cottage to get to this resource page.
Illinois worknet is a web-based platform that supports all things WIOA, signing up for an account is required for starting with WIOA service. Signing up gives you access to even more tools that career counselors can help you through
