 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:-
3G Project :-
• Pilot Pollution Worked on 3G WCDMA Voice, Video and Data testing (HSPA) for single site verification.
• Finding out and removed based on Physical Antenna parameter optimization.
• Verifying soft handover, 3G to 2G IRAT handover, 3G to 2G IRAT cell reselection, and 2G to 3G IRAT cell reselection
• Monitoring of RSCP & EC/I0 level of 3G sites.
• Trouble shooting and resolving issues like call drop and handover failure
• Analysis of layer 3 message.

2. Finding the best possible configuration for antenna heights, tilts and azimuths for all the cells/sectors in the network
and thus responsible for optimization of the network
Handling customer complaints related to EDGE/GPRS and Video call.
• Optimization new network which includes KPI analysis such as Call drop, Call failure, pilot pollution, handover
problems (Soft, softer, Hard, IRAT), handoff overhead, server inconsistencies problem, power control, cell breathing
etc.
• 3G/UMTS Drive test analysis of Handset as well as Scanner data with the help of ACTIX Tool and which contains Best
Server (CPICH_RSCP) analysis, Ec/Io analysis, pilot pollution reduction (CPICH_RSCP & Ec/Io), overlapping cells
optimization, missing neighbors (3G) detection, call initialization failure reduction.
• HSDPA throughput analysis & rectifying related low throughput problem.
• Responsible for Scrambling code planning for 3G-3G, 3G-2G neighbors planning and checking neighbour consistency

• Carrying out Coverage, Quality, Cell Re-selections, Handovers test using TEMS INVESTIGATION in idle as well as
dedicated mode to ascertain the Design criteria.
• Post processing of the collected data using TEMS INVESTIGATION tool.
