ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
 Planning of Vehicles for Dispatch based on the material picked & raising the requirement of Customer.
 Looking after the Binning of the materials as per the Location
 Perpetual Inventory on daily basis.
 Taking periodic Inventory and Its analyses for Shortage/ Excess, if any.
 Analyzing the GIT (goods in transit) Reports on daily basis.
 Ensuring of no pending orders for the Dispatch.
 Maintaining the warehouse database.
 Total activity of warehouse including inward and outward movement.
 Maintaining various reports related to warehouse.
 Implement distribution plans to ensure availability of products wherever and whenever required.
 Ensuring proper stacking as per the norms and implementing the FIFO method to control defective inventory.
 Defective inventory analysis and to ensure the 100% liquidation of Defective inventory.
 Maintaining stocks without any variance by conducting regular stock verifications across the warehouses .
 To prepare the stock ageing report & identify old & obsolete material detail .
