Key Deliverables:
• Inventory Budgeting with Finance department to ensure that inventory levels being maintained
and monitored at optimum level within company policy.
• Co-ordination with Shipping and Logistics department for timely delivery of incoming and
outgoing shipments in good condition.
• Co-ordination with Production department to plan and prepare weekly schedule for total volume
of FG’s expected to transfer to warehouse and ensuring optimized space for storage.
• Co-ordination with Planning department to ensure that 100% Raw material available for
scheduled production on monthly basis and raw materials are planned in such a way that there is
NIL down time on production lines.
• Inventory consumption Analysis with production department against standard consumption
against actual consumption and digging in depth to determine the reasons for over/under
consumption of inventory.
• Managing Storage & Space Optimization in racking at most effective way to ensure that goods
are stored at safe level and in good condition.
• Organizing periodical inventory stock take, regular cycle count to ensure accuracy and
consistency in stocks in Books vs Actual stocks.
• Preparation of Master weekly warehouse schedule for planned task and assigning manpower
accordingly to ensure that weekly targets are met.
• Overseeing/Managing WMS/ERP perpetual updates and stocks are managed at optimum level.
• Overseeing MHEs serviced and maintained as per maintenance schedule.
• Ensuring Health and Safety are being followed and records are up to date on monthly safety
index.
