Richert Innovation Consulting had a successful 2017 providing services in collaboration, innovation, and strategic planning. They: 1) Guided team building exercises for a school board to increase collaboration. 2) Led an ideation session with a middle school to develop restorative justice strategies for discipline. 3) Facilitated an inclusive planning session to transform goals into action plans for a racial justice initiative.
