AL-QHATANI PIPE COATING INDUSTRIES, DAMMAM
I have been working as Chemical Engineer / Quality Control Engineer from July 2011 to August 2013.
My responsibilities were as under:
● Chemical / analytical testing of Internal Surfaces of Steel Pipes including Chloride Testing and
Profile Testing thus determining salt contamination and surface roughness.
● Classification of finished product and defect isolation including sliver, lumps and pitting.
● To monitor and inspect blasting of the steelpipes at blasting station.
● Monitoring and control of temperature range of the steel pipes at pre-heat oven.
● To monitor, inspect and checking of the curing temperatures of the heated pipes.
● Inspection and analyses of powder quality for the Fusion Bonded Epoxy of the pipes.
● Laboratory Analysis of the powder sample.
● Inspecting / confirming thickness of the coated pipes.
● Submission of quality inspection report to QC Department and endorsement of remarks.

I have been serving as Chemical Engineer from March 2010 – June 2011 and have been discharging
following responsibilities:
● To practice new formulae to prepare unique colored Emulsion and Enamel paints.
● To perform all related laboratory test while ensuring safety including gloss, density, and
viscosity.
● Comparative analysis of sample and standard paint and initiation / submission of desired test
report.
● Conduct and analyses of Sieve Tests for various Raw materials including Calcium Carbonate, GC

for 2 years (July 07 – July 09).
My responsibilities were as under:
● Implementation of the Standard operational procedure at Tile Division.
● To manage the production & production schedule in the Production of Tiles in conformance with
the tight time schedules.
● Responsible for the Management of the Department.
● Confirmation & verification of finish product as per the specifications while also acting as a
Quality Instructor.

I have been working mainly as Production Engineer in the company from May 2005 to May
