I am Khalid M. Eid, I have Diploma in Mechanical Engineering - Amman
Polytechnic Collage, Al-Bulqa Applied University - Jordan 1988, 24 years experience
Sir,
as you will see from my CV, I am currently working at Saudi Arabia- Yanbu
city for Basic Chemical National Co. (Group ofBasic Chemical Industries)
As Maintenance Head In charge/ Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor since Dec, 2004.
BCNC manufacturing High Concentrated Sulfuric Acid 98%,Battery Acid, Potassium
Sulphite (SOP) progress Project.
In my present position my response for managing all preventive, predictive, routine
maintenance, planning, and scheduling maintenance activities.
Cary out equipment data history and maintenance records.
Prepare all maintenance reports schedules and other work permits.
Working closely with the Production Department, able to quickly identify problems
before they affected production deadlines.
Have strong experience at chemical plants& projects such as Sulphuric acid &
sulphunation plants, glass factory, from installation to commissioning to start up.
I have strong experience and Ability to maintain and commissioning most equipments
and machines such as :- Steam boilers, Air Compressors, Pumps, Valves, Fans,
Blowers, Burners, Gearboxes, Plant Modifications, Technical Advice, STD
Knowledge, Cooling Towers, Preheaters, water treatment plant, heat exchangers,
coolers, Furnaces, Towers, vessels, tanks, … etc
Coordinate, work with big European companies like: Pallestra( Italian),Simon
Craves (British) projects in Jordan, Saudi Arabia as team leader to finish the projects
to start-up the plants.
Good training courses in management, water treatment, and reverse osmosis. Safety
supervisor courses (PPE) to Marafiq staff to conduct Safe training Sulfuric Acid
Handling Orientation.
o Many awards from big companies as well command (team leader) during
turnaround by decontamination Job in their plants, such as:-
o Saline Water Conversion Corporation-Desalination Plants (SWCC).
o Saudi Yanbu Petrochemical Company (Yanpet-Sabic),
o Saudi Aramco Mobil Refinery Company (SAMREF),
o Sharq Petrochemical Company (Sharq-Sabic),
o Supervising the installation & commissioning of Al Raez Sulphite Factory at National
Chemical & Marketing Co. (Project)
