Premium Staffing/Butler County department of Job and Family Services
Database Entry
Handled and scanned Job and Family service case files into a database; commissioned by Butler
County, Ohio Department of Job and Family Services, in order to create a more organized and
efficient way, for personnel to access documentation and case records. Review of case records
to determine where they belonged in the database was main responsibility, as well as classifying
documents according to their sub categories into the database. Many documents were out of date
and not standardized. Creating sub categories for these documents and determining where others
went into the database became routine, along with coordination between myself and the Database
Manager in implementing sub categories within the database that the entire scanning team would
implement into standard operating procedure. Maintained a 98% efficiency rate in performance
with the average being 85%. Due to budget cuts the program was downsized and outside
contracts were terminated.

parts from blueprint to ensure quality and tolerances were maintained, as well as routine
maintenance of CNC machinery. Also loaded and off loaded material with forklift when needed.
Always achieved and mostly over achieved production levels and was given a two dollar raise in
the first ninety days of employment. Was in training to become a CNC programmer when
sudden defense cuts, caused contracts to be terminated with BAE systems leading to downsizing.
