SUMMARY OFQUALIFICATIONS
Bilingual, highly motivated, dedicated, passionate, knowledgeable, connected, empathetic individual who is dedicated to
the social work field with a compassion for others are a few words to describe me. As Service Coordinator at Dryden
Terrace Apartments, I work with low income elderly and disabled residents living in Section 8 housing by assisting and
coordinating services with a variety of local, state, and federalagencies. As the Assistant Program Manager at Brotoloc
Healthcare,I advocated for and provided assistance to the residents within my care. I am highly skilled at networking with
outside providers, case workers and guardians to promote the highest level of independence for the residents. While
interning with the Special Needs Adoption Program, I assessed and reviewed the care each child received. After attending
multidisciplinary team meetings to enhance the quality of an individual’s care,I advocated for the individual by preparing
assessments and submitted information pertaining to the individual to the court system. I am currently obtaining a Masters
in Social Work degree from the University of Wisconsin Madison. My diverse work and volunteer experiences, along
with my degrees in Social Work and Spanish, make me an expert in examining human behavior and development, social
welfare, as well as cultural diversity.
