Meetings, monthly clergy Association gatherings, UCC General Synods 28 and 29, authoring
and passing Resolutions, built up UCC network advocacy through yearly camp professional
partnerships, interfaith and ecumenical conferences; promoted message through video, social
media, national gatherings and collaborative campaigns of urgent engagement in building
multi-cultural, multi-racial, eco-justice outdoor-immersed, planet-saving communities by

Guided annual operating budget from $250,000 deficit to annual balanced budget of $900,000
within 2 years, launched and completed 1.2 million-dollar capital campaign, and completed
Strategic Plan renovation and expansion of winterized facilities and renewal of all summer
facilities within tenure. Established UCC Northeast Center for Environmental Justice and
Education at Silver Lake with regional and national partners.
