body were normal but whose wings were cut. The F 1 females were wild type for all three traits,
while the F 1 males expressed the yellow body and white eye traits. The cross was carried to the
F 2 progeny, and only male offspring were tallied. On the basis of the data shown here. a genetic
man was constructed. a. Ulagram the genotypes of the F 1 parents. (2 pts) b. Construct a map of
these three genes on the X-chromosome. ( 3 pts) c. Were there any double-crossover expected? If
so, how many? (1 pt) d. What was the interference for this cross? Briefly explain. ( 1 pt ) e.
