The learners demonstrate
an understanding the use
and maintenance of
equipment in cookery
1. Types of kitchen
tools,
equipment and
paraphernalia
2. Uses of kitchen tools,
equipment, and
paraphernalia
The whole classroom will be
divided into separate groups in
and will be given separate
activities according to their
positive attributes.
Instructions: The class will be
divided into groups and to be
tasked into making a scenario in
which they will show the proper
usage of different kitchen tools
and equipment that was discussed
in the lesson, the duration of the
said scenario will be 3-5 minutes
each group.
Instructions for Group 1: Create
an infographic based on the
proper usage of the kitchen tools
that was discussed in the lesson.
You may pick 2-3 tools to use in
the infographic.
Instructions for Group 2: Create
drawings of Kitchen Tools that
was discussed in the lesson, You
may pick 2-3 tools to draw in this
activity.
Instructions for Group 3: Create
a narrative essay in which you
are to describe the way that you
use the different kitchen tools
that was discussed in the lesson.
