The move and growth of Quadro Tecnologie S.r.l. from Italy to Switzerland brought forward the opportunity to be involved

Help re-organize the procurement process with strategic suppliers.
Define the IT services: built from the ground up of the internal IT infrastructure, management of the development of
the corporate web site and the Importers portal.
Procurement Management - The restructuring of the business model of the Company with the creation of a Commercial
Entity in Switzerland brought about the necessity to provide a different kind of services in other areas of the Company’s

2. Built of the procurement process for all the needs of the company, in particular for the strategic components of the
vehicles, such as suspensions, brakes and tie rods, produced in Europe and to be available in time at the Taiwanese
partner plant. Reduced time to market on a budget of over 2.5MIL US$ per year.
Supply chain organization and control for components of strategic suppliers, including the international export
process. Export costs over 500,000U$ per year for freight and taxes.
Investments planning for production of strategic components and of molds, new technologies and vehicle
development, in collaboration with the CFO and CTO, to define the vehicle cost positioning and consequently the
market price. Investments per vehicle around a 5.5MIL US$.
Management and drafting of the bill of material (BOM) of the vehicles to support the transition of the project from the
early stages of development, to the industrialization and production.
Project Management, in collaboration with the CTO, of projects aimed to develop specific components of the vehicle,
such as the system for automating the suspension lock – 150,000US$ R&D Investment - and as the ABS for the brake
system – 500,000US$ R&D Investment.
Definition of the production planning of our Taiwanese partner, accordingly to Sales Department vehicle needs on the
market, represented by the importers all over the world.
Supply chain management of all vehicle accessories, in order to manage the selection of suppliers, the supply process,
the bonded warehouse and distribution point from Switzerland, supporting all the customs process.
After Sales Management support to control quality issues on the market, identify countermeasures during production
and plan availability of spare parts in stock in case of actions on the market.
IT Management – Design and manage the IT infrastructure of the company:
Web site definition and support: identification of the suppliers for the domain management and hosting; definition of a
suitable infrastructure to support the sites of the main company and of the importers portal. Deployment project
50,000US$.
Deployment of the IT base infrastructure and management of the supplier for client/server services. Plan for the
growth of the internal systems to support ERP and CAD software for the overall company and the technical department.
Planning and Deployment of a project of 250,000US$.
CAD software selection support for the Technical Department, in collaboration with the CTO and R&D Manager.

Project Management skills outstanding improvement in a company oriented to work exclusively on a project by project
basis. Lead formation and training sessions of workgroups and management of resource assignment for every single
project.
As one of the Team Leader for the “Vizzavì” WAP portal of Vodafone Italia: key role as a facilitator to bridge the gaps
between the customer decision makers, our management team, our resources and the internal staff of the IT office in
Vodafone. The full group was composed of around 60 people between developers and testers, with a management
team of almost 6 people, including myself.
Project Manager of Vodafone EU web portal testing team in London UK: the main task was the creation of a unique
carrier throughout Europe and our company was asked to start merging all the different portals around Europe in one
unique multilanguage platform. The project went on for 3 months and was almost ready for delivery when,
unfortunately, it had to be stopped due to some exceptions of the antitrust authority to the merger. The team was
composed of fifteen people, some from my company and some consultants from a partner company.
Project Manager for the deployment of two new networks in “Banca della Svizzera Italiana” and “Banca del Gottardo”
in Switzerland. Control for the definition of the overall project, roll-out of the single phases, both server and client
