I Know Your Pain…
I know because I was literally you just three short years ago. I desired
lasting longer in bed. I couldn’t get a girlfriend, actually let me re-phrase
that…
I Couldn’t Hang On To A Girlfriend!
And that was even when I would approach women on the rare occasion I
had some drinks in me and had the courage to talk to them.
There was a point in time where I found medications that would work for
a while whether it be Dapoxetine, Tramadol, sometimes Viagra mixed with
Dapoxetine.
After A While They Stopped Working
or I had to take a real lot of it for it to work because my body was getting
immune to the medication.
I used to have to plan sex to take the medication enough time beforehand.
I needed to make sure I pleasured a woman orally first just so she wasn’t
completely unsatisfied.
It wasn’t just my sex life it was affecting,

The worst words that I remember hearing were
“You’re Done Already?”
Again I was you, so I know exactly how you feel and that is why I
decided to write this book. If you don’t know what I am talking about, it
is the most avoided male sexual problem,
Premature Ejaculation!
It ruined my life in certain aspects for the first 28 years I was on earth
and I was able to CURE it, not even treat it but actually get rid of it once
and for all and I want to share how I did it with people going through the
same situation I did.
It’s an embarrassing and a lot of times avoided topic. It’s time to change
it and get the word out that you
YOU CAN CURE IT ONCE AND FOR ALL!
I am not a doctor and I don’t even know the science behind premature
ejaculation. I am just your everyday guy that was able to overcome this
horrible and demoralizing condition.
I am going to tell you exactly what I did and how I did it and I’ll even
tell you how you can put it in the fast line and put this crappy reality in
your life behind you much quicker than I was able to .
Before I get into how you can cure yourself, let me tell you about my
story where I was and where I am now…

I don’t know if I always was a premature ejaculator (I hate putting a
label on it, grrr).
I kind of remember being 13 or 14 years old on the family computer with
dial up internet connection trying to sneak a peak at some porno.
Hey I was at that age and didn’t care that it was the family computer,
don’t judge!
Well anyways, anytime I would do it I would always try to climax quickly
before I got caught. I think trained myself to naturally premature
ejaculate. When I started having sexual interactions with the opposite sex
at around 15-16,
It Would Always End Fast.
At that time it wasn’t that big of a deal because the girls I was with
didn’t know that all men weren’t like that. Once I hit 17 rumors would
get out in school and it got to the point where I would just avoid hooking
up with women at all costs.
It changed who I was as a person. Not only was I you know,
Not Hooking Up With Women
but I became a recluse on so many different levels.
My hormones were still high and I was masturbating way too much. And
this didn’t end, it went well into my 20’s until I discovered
pharmaceuticals. It started with Zoloft, then went to ordering products on
the internet from 3rd
world countries.
I had a live in girlfriend at one point and sex was always a challenge. We
always had to plan it and she was awfully suspicious. I never actually got
caught taking pills but our sex life lead to so many other issues in our
relationship and it ended.
My Life Sucked To Be Completely Honest!
Sex is one of the greatest gifts mankind has in this world and I couldn’t
even get to take full advantage of it.

And then there was the social pressures of everything you read and see of
TV on what women REALLY feel about sex.
My confidence was shot and I can really consider myself damaged goods.
Then It All Changed.
It didn’t happen overnight but one specific quality helped me change. It
was called:
DISCIPLINE

The Blue Print Was Laid Out For Me
I bought into it and at 28 years old I was no longer a premature
ejaculator!
My sex life wasn’t the only thing that changed
EVERYTHING CHANGED!
I did a ton of research which I’m sure you have on how to treat this
embarrassing condition.
I signed up for forums, read articles, tried different products and even a
few techniques including one that involved rushing blood to the top of
my penis which I later learned can be very unsafe and counter-
productive.
I also did an exercise called a “kegel”. It is very popular among women
but men also have the muscle called the PC muscle. I originally
determined kegels as ineffective and maybe even counterproductive.
Then One Day I Read A Research Paper That
Changed My Life…
This research paper was completed by two Italian Urologists named
Antonio L. Pastore and Giovanni Palleschi.

There was no product they were selling so I was convinced it was not a
scam. Below is the link of the research but make sure you come back to
this book because the research paper alone did not cure my problem. I
had to personalize it and I lay out exactly how I used this just as the basis
for my cure.

This isn’t the first research article I read but there was one thing I did
differently this time than the past.
I made the commitment to follow through with what learned in it to once
and for all get rid of premature ejaculation!
I am going to breakdown the research article if you are too busy OR
LAZY to read it.
In a nutshell, two doctors from Italy gathered a group of 40 men with
reported lifelong premature ejaculation. These were all men that reported
having ejaculated within 1 minute of penetration (which I was in that
group)
During 12 weeks they would complete a series of pelvic floor exercises.
The patients had three 60 minute therapy sessions. It would include 3
things.
1. Physio-kinesiotherapy to achieve a muscle contraction that
allowed the patient to be aware of motor activity
2. Electro-stimulation of the perineal floor to stimulate directly
the pudendal nerve, resulting in stimulation of the
puborectalis muscle, which causes the urethral sphincter to
contract
3. Biofeedback, in which the patient learns to control the muscle
contractions of the perineal floor and the genitourinary
sphincter
Here is where the problem came about for me, I don’t really know what
the heck any of that meant!
After a lot of research here is what I was able to get out of it and I will
translate it for you below:

1. Doing what is called “kegels” and “reverse kegels” ( Both will
be outlined below)
2. Electro Therapy with an electrical muscle stimulator (EMS
Machine)
3. Kegels with putting an anal probe up your butt
Now if you haven’t clicked out of the book after the 3rd
one relax because
trust me, nothing was going up my butt either. And even as far as number
two, as much as I wanted my manhood to work correctly, I wasn’t thrilled
with the idea of electrocuting it either!
But what caught my eye about the research was the fact that during the
12 week therapy
There Was An 82.5% Success Rate!
33 out of the 40 guys were literally able to control when they ejaculate.
So me being the innovator that I am (sarcasm) I took this research and
created my own therapy plan
And the results were nothing short of remarkable for me!

Before I get into my workout plan let me just give you a quick little
lesson of your pelvic floor and PC muscle.
Your pelvic floor is the area underneath your scrotum and between that
and your butthole (sorry to be so blunt). Some people call it the taint but
the muscles inside there are called your pelvic floor.
That is where you have some key muscles that is really the key to control
ejaculation.
The most important muscle in this region is called the
PC Muscle Short For The Pubococcygeus Muscle
How you can locate is when you are urinating the muscle, it’s the muscle
you use to stop mid-stream,that is the PC muscle. Once you have located it
and you contract it that way, that is called a kegel.
Now, using that same muscle pretend as if you are going to force urine
out. You feel that little push? That’s a reverse kegel.
The whole objective of the research these doctors did is to completely
build muscle in that region of your body. It’s no different than training
any other muscles in your body. They can all get stronger, they can all
grow.
Now that we cleared that up let’s get to what you are here for and see
how

As I stated putting anything up my butt was non-negotiable, but I was
doing a ton of research on the EMS therapy and suddenly remembered
that I actually did it for my shoulder in the past for an injury I had.
It Really Wasn’t So Bad At All!
So I bought an EMS machine called the EMS 7500 for $50 dollars or so.
What I would do is put two of the pads on and I created a little workout
plan.
The plan was to stick to the 3 days a week 60 minutes each session for 12
weeks. It turned out in the first few weeks it took me about 40 minutes
and I worked my way up to around 60 minutes. I wasn’t strict on the
time, whenever I was finished I was finished. And at last

Only do what you can tolerate. These are the numbers that I chose,
But Go At Your Own Pace
especially with the EMS machine. You are going to be sore in this area,
especially the first few times as you are working out just like any other
muscle. Take your time and listen to your body.
My results were definitely promising. During this process I didn’t have sex
not once. I was single at the time and wasn’t masturbating at all. I was
too sore most of the time to anyways!

After the 12 weeks I did masturbate for the first time I kind of exploded
right away but I didn’t get discouraged because 3 months of not
ejaculating (except once in my sleep) I had built up tension.
The second time I did I had so much control!
It Was Amazing!
Except I only tried it on myself!
I wanted to have sex with a woman to test it out. The only problem is, it’s
not like I was a ladies man all those years and I didn’t have a partner I
can just call to come over
But what did happen was I started to go out much much more and
socialize!
During this period I was still doing the exercises, really maintaining the
last 4 weeks
I believe this went on for about another month of not being able to find a
sex partner. I cut back drastically on masturbating but the sessions were
great as far as lasting pretty much as long as I wanted!
I finally met a girl that I made out with at the bar and we exchanged
numbers. Later that night I actually convinced her to get a cab to my
house.
Now alcohol was involved but

which was about a 1500% increase than I was used to! I must say I
thought I would be a lot more happy than I was.
It was a huge accomplishment but I really wanted to choose when I
wanted to ejaculate which I did not have under full control. I got greedy I
guess.

I kept the workout regiment except took it down to 2 days a week. I went
back to the drawing board to look for more answers and that’s when
things really changed…

I can honestly say I don’t remember how I saw it, but I saw a video of a
guy named Jack that claimed he went from lasting 10 seconds to over 30
minutes.
I claimed BS at first but in his video he was describing exactly some of
the things I was facing.
So It Peaked My Interest
Even though his guide was $226 it was honestly the most interesting
thing I ever read!
Some of the information on there would have saved me weeks!!! But I
unfortunately didn’t come to see Jack’s information until I was a few
months in to changing my situation.
Better late than never than never though and truth be told it was worth
much more than $226!
I Could Have Went Through His Information By
Itself
and it was better than the research paper.
I could have probably cured my PE in like 2 weeks because 2 weeks after
I went though Jack’s information I was able to last as long as I wanted.

I couldn’t get a girlfriend, actually let me re-phrase that… I Couldn’t Hang On To A Girlfriend! And that was even when I would approach women on the rare occasion I had some drinks in me and had the courage to talk to them. There was a point in time where I found medications that would work for a while whether it be Dapoxetine, Tramadol, sometimes Viagra mixed with Dapoxetine. After A While They Stopped Working or I had to take a real lot of it for it to work because my body was getting immune to the medication. I used to have to plan sex to take the medication enough time beforehand. I needed to make sure I pleasured a woman orally first just so she wasn’t completely unsatisfied. It wasn’t just my sex life it was affecting, It Was All Other Aspects Of Life Whether I Realized It Or Not

All Rights Reserved 4 The worst words that I remember hearing were “You’re Done Already?” Again I was you, so I know exactly how you feel and that is why I decided to write this book. If you don’t know what I am talking about, it is the most avoided male sexual problem, Premature Ejaculation! It ruined my life in certain aspects for the first 28 years I was on earth and I was able to CURE it, not even treat it but actually get rid of it once and for all and I want to share how I did it with people going through the same situation I did. I kind of remember being 13 or 14 years old on the family computer with dial up internet connection trying to sneak a peak at some porno. Hey I was at that age and didn’t care that it was the family computer, don’t judge! Well anyways, anytime I would do it I would always try to climax quickly before I got caught. I think trained myself to naturally premature ejaculate. When I started having sexual interactions with the opposite sex at around 15-16, It Would Always End Fast. At that time it wasn’t that big of a deal because the girls I was with didn’t know that all men weren’t like that. Once I hit 17 rumors would get out in school and it got to the point where I would just avoid hooking up with women at all costs. It changed who I was as a person. Not only was I you know, Not Hooking Up With Women but I became a recluse on so many different levels. My hormones were still high and I was masturbating way too much. And this didn’t end, it went well into my 20’s until I discovered pharmaceuticals. It started with Zoloft, then went to ordering products on the internet from 3rd world countries. I had a live in girlfriend at one point and sex was always a challenge. We always had to plan it and she was awfully suspicious. I never actually got caught taking pills but our sex life lead to so many other issues in our relationship and it ended. My Life Sucked To Be Completely Honest! Sex is one of the greatest gifts mankind has in this world and I couldn’t even get to take full advantage of it.

My confidence was shot and I can really consider myself damaged goods. Then It All Changed. It didn’t happen overnight but one specific quality helped me change. It was called: DISCIPLINE

My sex life wasn’t the only thing that changed EVERYTHING CHANGED! I did a ton of research which I’m sure you have on how to treat this embarrassing condition. I signed up for forums, read articles, tried different products and even a few techniques including one that involved rushing blood to the top of my penis which I later learned can be very unsafe and counter- productive. I also did an exercise called a “kegel”. It is very popular among women but men also have the muscle called the PC muscle. I originally determined kegels as ineffective and maybe even counterproductive. Then One Day I Read A Research Paper That Changed My Life… This research paper was completed by two Italian Urologists named Antonio L. Pastore and Giovanni Palleschi. Real Doctors, Real Research!

Below is the link of the research but make sure you come back to this book because the research paper alone did not cure my problem. I made the commitment to follow through with what learned in it to once and for all get rid of premature ejaculation! I am going to breakdown the research article if you are too busy OR LAZY to read it. In a nutshell, two doctors from Italy gathered a group of 40 men with reported lifelong premature ejaculation. These were all men that reported having ejaculated within 1 minute of penetration (which I was in that group) During 12 weeks they would complete a series of pelvic floor exercises. The patients had three 60 minute therapy sessions. It would include 3 things. 1. Physio-kinesiotherapy to achieve a muscle contraction that allowed the patient to be aware of motor activity 2. Electro-stimulation of the perineal floor to stimulate directly the pudendal nerve, resulting in stimulation of the puborectalis muscle, which causes the urethral sphincter to contract 3. Biofeedback, in which the patient learns to control the muscle contractions of the perineal floor and the genitourinary sphincter Here is where the problem came about for me, I don’t really know what the heck any of that meant! After a lot of research here is what I was able to get out of it and I will translate it for you below:

Electro Therapy with an electrical muscle stimulator (EMS Machine) 3. Kegels with putting an anal probe up your butt Now if you haven’t clicked out of the book after the 3rd one relax because trust me, nothing was going up my butt either. And even as far as number two, as much as I wanted my manhood to work correctly, I wasn’t thrilled with the idea of electrocuting it either! But what caught my eye about the research was the fact that during the 12 week therapy There Was An 82.5% Success Rate! 33 out of the 40 guys were literally able to control when they ejaculate. So me being the innovator that I am (sarcasm) I took this research and created my own therapy plan And the results were nothing short of remarkable for me!

Your pelvic floor is the area underneath your scrotum and between that and your butthole (sorry to be so blunt). Some people call it the taint but the muscles inside there are called your pelvic floor. That is where you have some key muscles that is really the key to control ejaculation. The most important muscle in this region is called the PC Muscle Short For The Pubococcygeus Muscle How you can locate is when you are urinating the muscle, it’s the muscle you use to stop mid-stream,that is the PC muscle. Once you have located it and you contract it that way, that is called a kegel. Now, using that same muscle pretend as if you are going to force urine out. You feel that little push? That’s a reverse kegel. The whole objective of the research these doctors did is to completely build muscle in that region of your body. It’s no different than training any other muscles in your body. They can all get stronger, they can all grow. Now that we cleared that up let’s get to what you are here for and see how I Was Able To Cure Myself Of PE

All Rights Reserved 11 As I stated putting anything up my butt was non-negotiable, but I was doing a ton of research on the EMS therapy and suddenly remembered that I actually did it for my shoulder in the past for an injury I had. It Really Wasn’t So Bad At All! So I bought an EMS machine called the EMS 7500 for $50 dollars or so. What I would do is put two of the pads on and I created a little workout plan. The plan was to stick to the 3 days a week 60 minutes each session for 12 weeks. It turned out in the first few weeks it took me about 40 minutes and I worked my way up to around 60 minutes. I wasn’t strict on the time, whenever I was finished I was finished. And at last The Workout Plan Revealed…

You are going to be sore in this area, especially the first few times as you are working out just like any other muscle. Take your time and listen to your body. My results were definitely promising. During this process I didn’t have sex not once. I was single at the time and wasn’t masturbating at all. I was too sore most of the time to anyways!

The only problem is, it’s not like I was a ladies man all those years and I didn’t have a partner I can just call to come over But what did happen was I started to go out much much more and socialize! During this period I was still doing the exercises, really maintaining the last 4 weeks I believe this went on for about another month of not being able to find a sex partner. I cut back drastically on masturbating but the sessions were great as far as lasting pretty much as long as I wanted! I finally met a girl that I made out with at the bar and we exchanged numbers. Later that night I actually convinced her to get a cab to my house. Now alcohol was involved but I Lasted 5 Minutes Or So which was about a 1500% increase than I was used to! I must say I thought I would be a lot more happy than I was. It was a huge accomplishment but I really wanted to choose when I wanted to ejaculate which I did not have under full control.
