Significant Achievements:
 Directed the planning and execution of the 2014 & 2015 SFIA Industry Leaders Summit attended by
more than 175 C-level executives from across the sports & fitness industry
 Formalized the annual employee assessment process enhancing staff performance and accountability
 Spearheaded the annual budget process in the absence of the CFO and developed a budget
contingency plan as required by the Board of Directors
 Led the membership department in meeting aggressive membership goals of 6% dollar growth for
