 Lead/Manage cross functional teams to implement a varietyof large IT Projects which include Mainframe, Client Server, and
Web Technologies, Security, Infrastructure, Logistics, andApplicationSoftware Upgrades, Enhancements andDevelopment.
 Provide project management for all aspects of the project throughthe project management (PM) andSDLCfrom charter
through closeout/lessons learned.
 Developtime andcost estimates, project plans/schedules, andbudgets. Oversees andcontrolsongoingcosts, schedules,
resources, scope, and risks.
 Manage scope and Assessvariances fromthe project plan, gathers metrics, anddevelops and implements changes as
necessaryto ensure that the project remains withinspecifiedscope andis withintime, cost, andqualityobjectives.
 Developproject management tools including plans for scope management, riskmanagement, communications, change
control, andperformance measurement andtracking.
 Communication withclients andcustomers.
 Monitor performance andreports to management project status, issues, milestone andrisks.
 Provide continuing directionto the project team, conduct status meetings, assess proposedchanges inscope, and
recommendcoursesof actionto project sponsors.
 Direct project team members to take necessaryaction steps to achieve the goals andobjectives of the project.

 Interfaces withBusiness Stakeholders and ITteams to define, gather, and document business processesandneeds, and
translate into detailedfunctional specifications for development for new andexistingapplications.
 Performs businesssystems andprocess analysis of existing systems/processes, conducts interviews and requirements
gathering workshops andensures sign-off ofallartifacts.
 Assists intesting, training plan development andtraining, support for users, anddeveloping user documentation. Participates
in QA process;identifies test cases;explains complex processes;aids in developingtest plans.
 Coordinates project tasks andproject life cycle phases for small to mid-size projects (i.e. defining requirements,
documentation, andprocess flows, etc.)to meet customer goalsand requirements.
 Coordinates communicationwiththe client andprioritizesdeliveryof IT services.
 Conducts root cause analysisusing knowledge of applications, interfaces, andtechnologyfor defect resolution.
