Web Technologies, Security, Infrastructure, Logistics, andApplicationSoftware Upgrades, Enhancements andDevelopment.
Provide project management for all aspects of the project throughthe project management (PM) andSDLCfrom charter
through closeout/lessons learned.
Developtime andcost estimates, project plans/schedules, andbudgets. Oversees andcontrolsongoingcosts, schedules,
resources, scope, and risks.
Manage scope and Assessvariances fromthe project plan, gathers metrics, anddevelops and implements changes as
necessaryto ensure that the project remains withinspecifiedscope andis withintime, cost, andqualityobjectives.
Developproject management tools including plans for scope management, riskmanagement, communications, change
control, andperformance measurement andtracking.
Communication withclients andcustomers.
Monitor performance andreports to management project status, issues, milestone andrisks.
Provide continuing directionto the project team, conduct status meetings, assess proposedchanges inscope, and
recommendcoursesof actionto project sponsors.
