Current Challenges
● Lot of manual processes and redundancies between systems
● Migrating to new cloud based solution for Strategic Supplier Sourcing, will become the vendor master
● Early engagement with the business orgs to ensure strategic source conversations
● Easier to continue with existing suppliers than find new ones
● No process or tool that can manage and evaluate supplier performance
